Micron Precision Linear Actuator Test Setup

Recently completed linear actuator validation setup engineered around a ground ball screw and PAMS BLDC motor drive for controlled motion studies, repeatability testing, endurance runs, and DAQ-ready measurement workflows. The same setup can benchmark load-carrying, pulling, and pushing capacity against configurable load references, with actuator platform speed set from the control interface while recording linear displacement versus load over time.
